RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed at WholesaleWalletsDirect.com. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. We strive to make the return process as easy, fast, and hassle-free as possible. The process is very easy, please be sure to follow the instructions on our Return Instructions below.

 
 Return Period
 

All products purchased from WholesaleWalletsDirect.com must be returned within 10 days from the purchase date at the customer's expense. (Exceptions: manufacturing defects and our errors will be prepaid by us.)
All returns received will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY. After requesting a return authorization number within the 10 days, customers have 7 days to ship the item back to us in order to receive store credit. Any returns that are not postmarked within the 7 day grace period will not be entitled to a store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

 
 Return Condition
 
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resell-able) condition. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged from use will not be accepted. We inspect each and every wallet in our facility before packaging to keep defects to a minimum.  We do not accept returns on final sales (closeout, clearance items, and etc.)
 
 Restocking Fees
 
Please be informed, items returned without original packaging and or original tags will be charged a 20% restocking fee from the return credit amount. There is no restocking fees for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 10 days. This means that all items must be in new condition.
 
 In-store Credit
 
Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account. (usually within 72 hours)
Store credit will be issued for the refund of unsatisfactory items. Credits can be redeemed as long as there is an active account with WholesaleWalletsDirect.com. If a customer returns an item which exceeds the 10 day return policy and/or any product that was not purchased from us will be charged $25 for (return shipping and handling costs).
 
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1) Log In
2) Click "My Account" from the very top right links
3) Click "Completed Orders" from the menu bar to the right
4) Locate a desired order # you wish to return from and click "Return Item(s)"
(NO ORDERS OVER 10 DAYS)
5) Specify "Returning Qty" and "Return Reason" for each item that you wish to return If you choose "OTHER" for "Return Reason",
you have to briefly describe it.
6) Review your returns and leave a comment in the text box
7) Once you are ready to submit your return, click "Submit Return Request" button
8) Please include the RA#/order number/your information in the package.
9)

Package the unwanted items carefully and securely and ship them to us. (YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO RETURN THE ITEM AFTER RETURN IS AUTHORIZED AND RA# IS ISSUED)If a customer returns an item which contravenes the 10 day return policy or any product that was not purchased from us will be charged $25 for (return shipping and handling costs).
